For those of you who still do not know…YES WE ARE OPEN! In fact, we have been for a whole week now. Last Friday the Bulldog Lounge opened with a roar, with over 75 people coming and going throughout the night. The drinks were flowing and the smoking was wafting. In addition to the live music and the lovely cigar gals, it was one hell of a good time!
Live Music was done wonderfully by Jeff Fox. That man can crank out the tunes!
The lounge filled up! We are pleased to see the premium tobacco community coming together to better enjoy the good things in life.
The crowd was thirsty, and Joe did a splendid job manning the bar. We are excited to have him on board! Currently we offer draft beer from local breweries Tricksters, Slate Creek, Mad Bomber, and Selkirk Abbey. Of course we have an excellent wine list from Sheppard Fruit wines out of St, Maries, ID and Coeur d’ Alene Cellars.
In the fridge we have an extensive selection of microbrews in the awesome 22oz bottles.
It took a lot of work to get to this point, and there is plenty more to do as we smooth over all the rough edges. In helping us with our project We want to thank: R.L. Jacobs Plumbing, R.K. Electric, Modern Glass, Consignment Furniture, and Silver Creek Signs.
All went above and beyond. There were some who went even further! We want to recognize and specially thank: Michael Cramer, Mark Launder, Dan Peterson & crew at ACI HVAC, Daniel & Jordan at Howard’s Wood Shop, Gary & Chris Beck of Beck Specialties, Cory Romano of Valley Glass, Andrew Olson, Eric & his father at Blue Star Cabinets.
Also, a huge “thank you” to our families, particularly Sharon Gilman, along with Todd & Babette Banducci.
Last, but certainly not least, I would like to thank my beautiful wife, Mary. Her love and support has been invaluable.
That’s it for now! Look for our new page on the website that details the lounge! Thanks for the support everyone. Long ashes, and God Bless.
